About chatIR
Help teams learn from the work they already document.
chatIR connects incident records with operational review and follow-up. Teams can examine recurring conditions, inspect the evidence, and decide what to investigate next.
Reports should help us learn.
A single report can tell us something important about an event. Looking across the history can raise different questions: which conditions appear together, what context is missing, and what deserves a closer look with the people doing the work?
That is the work chatIR supports. The diagnostic offers a starting point using existing records. The ongoing workflow connects new reporting, review, responses, and reassessment.
You should be able to question the analysis.
A useful finding needs supporting records, a clearly named population, and an explanation of what remains uncertain. Your team brings the operational context and decides what to investigate or change.
If a mapping or interpretation does not fit the record, bring that question to our review. The purpose is to support your judgment with evidence you can inspect.
